• Gifts of Cash
These gifts can be made directly or on behalf of another person. Just send a check made out to the Otsego Sailing Foundation and mail to The Otsego Sailing Foundation 484 Dover Rd. Barneveld, NY 13304.

• Gifts of Boats 
Boats in good condition can be donated.  Click here for further information on donating a boat

• Gifts of Marketable Securities and Investment Real Estate:
Gifts of securities that have appreciated or real estate held for investment purposes often benefit the donor more than gifts of cash. Often it can be more advantageous to donate substantially appreciated items than to sell them and pay capital gains taxes.  Please email Jonas Kelly at [email protected] for further information

• Gifts through Wills 
Remembering the Otsego Sailing Foundation in your will is another method of giving. Such a gift may be deductible in calculating estate taxes. Provisions for the gift may be included in the body of the will or by adding a simple codicil.

All of your gifts are tax deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes.
